Seasoned professional engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in managing operation of construction solutions ASI INC. and industrial manufacturing plants including marketing , project planning, logistics, supply chain management, human resources development, quality management system, and health and safety. Proven ability to set and follow up on operation and KPI targets, yearly operation budgets, the compliance of QA and QC systems, and new expansion projects. Established all measures in developing the work force capabilities by introducing and implementing the Personal Development Plan (PDP) and introduced the TQM program and followed up on all customer satisfaction measures.
